The High Voltage Division is headed by Lawrence Howlett & Mark Parsons. . Mark Parsons has been with the numbered company for over 20 years and is a registered Master Electrician with a BA from Waterloo University. Mark is the Manager in charge of operations for the entire organization. Lawrence Howlett has his certification for Electrical and Hydraulic Pneumatic Technician. He has worked in the High Voltage Industry for over 25 years. He has worked with Westinghouse and Schneider Electric Canada. Lawrence has provided project management for teams over 30 personnel. He has worked with all High Voltage manufacturers and suppliers. These include Siemens, GE, Cutler Hammer, and Square D / FPE. Lawrence has also been involved in metering and Bacnet connections for power monitoring and metering.
PH Technical Services provides Co-ordination Studies, Arc Flash Studies, ESA Plan Review, Electrical Labeling, and consultant/customer coordination. We can provide the Engineering Services required to complete a High Voltage Project. We also have access to Electrical Engineers in the design and consultation phase. They can provide required drawings and codes relevant to each project.

24 hour on call service for equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.
