The Electrical Construction division of the company. This division supplies services to Commercial, Institutional, and Industrial clients. We provide a 24 hour service so that our clients can be assured that they are covered in the event of a failure. This division is headed by Doug Parsons and Rufus Nelson. Doug has been in the Electrical Field for over 45 years. He is a registered Master Electrician and also has his Fire Alarm Certification. Doug is the founding member of P&S Electric and started the company in 1975. Rufus Nelson is also a registered Master Electrician with 30 years experience. Rufus is a Maintenance Management Professional and an Automation & Robotics Engineering Tech.
P&S Electric has been involved in many different projects over the years. We have been able to provide services to meet design projects or to work as a sub-trade. In our capacity we have also provided General Contracting duties as well as project management. We have been involved in electrical installation, demolition, energy upgrades, renovations, and new buildings projects. P&S also works with many building automation suppliers and provides building controls for all project types. P&S has also been involved in many fire alarm projects. These may have been new projects or upgrades to older systems in occupied buildings.

P&S Electric has been involved in the following projects:
Ontario Veterinary College Fire Alarm Upgrade – Connect eight buildings together and modify the fire alarm system in each building.
Student Residences Upgrades – Washrooms, kitchen, and lighting upgrades.
Kitchener Courthouse – Lighting Automation in the building and building automation controls upgrade. All work was completed after hours.
University of Guelph Electrical System Upgrade – Upgrade the duct banks and tunnel system at the University and provide new distribution.
Field Lighting Upgrades – Upgrade lighting and distribution systems on various sporting fields.
Engineering Bldg – Provide building automation controls for the entire building.
Office Building Renovations – Modify existing electrical services in many renovation projects in the Ontario Area.
Ontario Pathobiology Bldg – Provide building automation controls for new five storey building.
